jill in a nutshell

 

I am a graphic designer and cosplayer with two decades of experience, as well as a stage emcee and on camera presenter.

Starting in 2004 with a career in graphic design, I discovered the hobby of cosplay in the same year. Since then, I've built a strong and prominent history in the pop culture community, pursuing my love for all things geek.

 

From cosplaying, to judging cosplay competitions, I have connected with fans and industry alike. Since 2012 I built a position as co-host on web series Kapow, presenting reviews and interviewing guests at fan events, and podcast The Periodic Table of Awesome where we review new release genre focused movies and tv shows.

 

Now you can find me as a stage emcee at a variety of events including Supanova Comic Con and Gaming, Event Cinemas and Capri-con to name a few.
